Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Where do you ship from? All our inventory is produced and shipped directly from the vendor. This means we do not have inventory on hand.

  2. What is your return/exchange policy? Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All purchases are final.

  3. How can I ensure I order the correct size? Sizing information is provided alongside each item. Please review the sizing carefully before making your purchase.

  4. What if my order is delayed? Occasionally, inventory of shirts may be back-ordered, causing a delay in shipping after 7-14 days. If you haven't received your order after 14 days, please email us at greatergoodarts@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we'll assist you promptly.

  5. Will sold-out items be restocked? Once an item is off the site, it will not return. However, sold-out shirts may be restocked in the future, so be sure to check back regularly for updates.
